Golf Policies

Reservations are required, however, walk-on players will be accommodated when possible. All guests must register in the Golf Shop prior to starting their round.

Reservations may be made within current calendar year. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Play will begin on #1 tee, unless approved by the Professional Staff or Starter.

Practice on the golf course is not permitted.

Guests assume responsibility for any damage to a Golf Car that may occur while in their possession. A driver’s license is required to rent and operate a Golf Car.

No music or coolers permitted on the golf course.

Each player is required to have his/her own bag/set of clubs.

The speed of your round is monitored using the GPS System equipped on each golf car. Every golf car’s position is monitored in the Golf Shop and information will be forwarded to Rangers on the golf course to advise players of slow play. The Ranger will caution groups that fall out of position a maximum of two times. A third violation will result in the groups being required to stop play and move to a position on the course determined by the Ranger that will put them back into position.


Dress Policy

Soft-spiked golf shoes or soft-soled golf shoes are mandatory at Arcadia Bluffs. Steel spiked golf shoes are not permitted.

Gentlemen must wear shirts with collars and sleeves, short or long.

Ladies’ shirts must have sleeves if it does not have a collar. Tank tops and halter tops are not permitted.


Golf Reservations Policy

Rates are per person fee, walking or riding.

Replay is based on availability at the completion of your first round.

Non-player rider fee of $50, no charge for replay.

Reservations may be made within the current calendar year. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Reservations canceled within 72 hours of tee time result in a 100% per player charge.


Use of the Golf Course Policy

The golf course is open to all pre-registered guests and walk-ons when appropriate.

Special Events, both private and public, supersede all reservations.

Children under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

No music or coolers permitted on the golf course.


Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the clubhouse or on the patio. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and all oral tobaccos.


Alcoholic Beverage Service Policy

Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club is extremely concerned about the potential liability created in the event a guest becomes involved in an accident after being served intoxicating beverages, either while on the property or after leaving Arcadia Bluffs.

Any guest who appears to be intoxicated will be asked by Management to immediately exit the Club, without refund. Failure to exit will result in the guest being removed immediately by the proper authorities and being cited for appropriate violations. This guest will no longer be allowed as a guest at Arcadia Bluffs.

Guests are prohibited from bringing coolers, or the like, onto Arcadia Bluffs property. A guest who violates this policy will have the cooler and the contents confiscated, and returned upon their departure from the Club.

Guests are prohibited from bringing their own beverages, alcoholic or not, onto the property. If discovered, the guest will immediately be asked to exit the Club by Management.
