The Dozen is the newest addition to Arcadia Bluffs, featuring 12 holes, four guest cottages, a short-iron practice facility, and a day-style clubhouse situated on 160 acres. Located approximately 1.5 miles from The Bluffs and South Course properties, The Dozen is scheduled to open on July 1st, 2025.

The spectacular 160-acre parcel provides sweeping views of the entire layout from every vantage point, with the clubhouse and cottages perched on the west end of the property. The Dozen is a perfect addition to the Arcadia Bluffs experience, offering guests another opportunity to enjoy the Arcadia standard of excellence in a fun and relaxing environment.

The 12-hole course consists of two, 6-hole loops, The North and The South, each with three par 3’s and three par 4’s. Each hole rises from the ground, perfectly matched to the terrain appearing as if it has always been in place, just now visible. Purposely designed to be playable for every level of player, The Dozen is simply a full course design incorporated into a 12-hole format. Measuring a total of 3,063 yards from the back tees, each standard-length hole provides appropriate but playable yardages that match every skill level. Generous landing areas, large, subtle green complexes, and thought-provoking bunker placements make The Dozen a challenge even for the best players, all impeccably maintained to the standard you have come to expect at Arcadia Bluffs. While the Dozen is designed to be walker-friendly, golf carts are available.

The day-style clubhouse features a golf shop and grill with quick sandwiches, burgers and dogs, and is designed with players in mind. Perched and overlooking the Dozen property, the clubhouse provides stunning panoramic views of the entire Dozen with casual dining both within the screened porch and outside on the patio. The clubhouse at The Dozen invites you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the serenity only Arcadia Bluffs can offer.

The four cottages at The Dozen offer a spacious layout of just over 2,000 square feet. Each cottage offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a great room, and brilliant views of The Dozen.
