Arcadia Bluffs offers the perfect setting for your private event, whether business or pleasure, our professional events staff is pleased to assist you in all aspects of the day. We offer multiple private room options, accommodating groups of all sizes up to 80. The luxurious Sunroom is perfect for a business gathering with full AV capabilities or a more formal affair. The Lakeview Room is that perfect out-of-the-way spot for events up to 24 guests, offering a slightly more relaxed atmosphere with the Lakeview Bar just a few steps away. Both options offer panoramic views and access to the Adirondack lawn featuring 20 Adirondack chairs overlooking Lake Michigan. Our culinary staff will customize your menu to fit both your budget and your pallet, and it can be as simple or layered as you prefer.

Arcadia Bluffs offers special group packages for our guests to take advantage of throughout the year. Whether your group is interested in simply golfing or golfing and dining, it would be our pleasure to assist you. Boxed lunches are an excellent choice for Golf groups for ease of service on the course. Thank you for choosing Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club to host your group! In order to best accommodate our Golf, Lodge, and Dining guests we have the following Dining Policies:

Dinner Reservations

We strongly recommend booking dining reservations for all Golfers and Lodge guests when booking tee times or Lodging to ensure the restaurant can accommodate your desired reservation time. We suggest booking your dining reservation time for 5 hours after your tee time. Our Lakeview Bar, all Patio seating, and Window Seats are on a first come first serve basis. Please call the Dining Room at 231.889.3009 to book your reservation.

Group Reservations

Reservations are Required for Groups

1. Dining reservations can be made for groups of up to 8 guests at one table.

2. Reservations for groups of 8 will be split into 2 tables.

3. Groups of 16-23 require a limited menu.

4. Groups larger than 24 require a preordered menu and a private event space.
