Hole 18

Hole 18

This is a great finishing hole requiring a tee shot in the fairway to have a view of the flagstick on your approach. The bunker in the fairway is definitely in play off the tee, so go either left or right. With an elevation change of nearly 50 feet, take plenty of club and trust the GPS yardage on the approach. There is a bailout area to the left—right is trouble. This green has the most movement of any on the course, so think it through. Be sure to wave to the gallery in the Adirondack chairs after holing out—they’ll be watching.

Caddy Tip: The best line is over or right of the fairway bunker. Add yardage to the approach for the 50 feet of elevation gain, and good luck on the green—it’s a tough one.
