Hole #5 offers stunning panoramic views of Lake Michigan, as the hole falls toward the bluff and the lake. A straightforward three-shot par 5, the trouble lies in the bunkers that protect the layup area on both the right and left. It’s best to trust your GPS yardage on the layup, and be true on your approach to the green as this is a large green, measuring 56 paces from front to back.

Caddy Tip: The smart tee shot is down the center or right center. Aim the second shot at the sod wall bunker at the end of the fairway, leaving the best angle to this 56 yard deep green.
